Director of ICU

Great location within driving distance of the Outer Banks, 45 minutes from Chesapeake. The city is one that is ranked low in crime rate and high in growth, per-capita income, per capita bank deposits, proportion of young adults, number of physicians, public school expenditure per pupil and proportion of college-educated residents.One of our top clients has asked us to assist them in their search for a Director of ICU.This individual will be over MICU, SICU and a Step Down Unit for telemetry, med/surg, post ICU,and pre and post-operative care. You will be over a total of 47 beds and approximately 100 FTE's consisting of RN's, CNA's, LPN's and Unit Coordinators and Monitor Techs.You must have at least 5 years of ICU management experience and possess strong clinical skills in one or more of the areas you will be responsible for.
