Director of Human Resources

A rural health care system consisting of an acute care hospital, nursing home, home health care, and physicians clinics, has an outstanding opportunity for a Director of Human Resources.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all facets of the human resources department. This is a "hands on" position which requires the successful candidate to have a knowledge base in all areas of human resources. The position supervises one full time employee. The Director of Human Resources reports to the CEO and is a key member of the health system management team.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have a strong background in all areas of human resources.
2. Must have previous management experience (does not have to be as a Director).
3. Must be proactive and capable of providing strategic direction for the department.
4. Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's preferred.
5. Healthcare experience is required.
