Director of Clinical Services - Hospice

As a senior leader for a growing hospice office, this position develops, implements and evaluates clinical operations policies and procedures while leading an interdisciplinary staff responsible for coordinated implementation of plans of treatment and the utilization of necessary services for exceptional care of our patients.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates MUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE with a current state license, Must meet all state and federal regulatory requirements, Must have current CPR certification, Must have at least 3 years’ clinical management experience, Must have ability to direct and supervise clinical staff, Previous hospice management experience preferred, Knowledge of hospice reimbursement requirements preferred, Must have the ability to foster teamwork and lead in a professional manner
