This is a leadership position responsible for overall organization and direction of agency operations and functions according to approved policies, procedures, and standards. Ensures delivery of quality care to patients, enhancement of business development, and continuous improvement of agency efficiency and fiscal success.

REQUIREMENTS
RN with at least one year supervisory or administrator experience in home health, hospice care, or related health programs. A minimum of three years experience as a RN with one of those years consisting of full time experience in providing direct patient care in the home health setting. Other federal and state specific requirements will apply.
