Director, Hospital Network

Director, Hospital Network is responsible for strategically developing our Dallas/Fort Worth Hospital Network, as well as all aspects related to Hospital contracting and relationship management.
REQUIREMENTS
Along with a Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare, the successful candidate should have:
- Five to seven years experience in a managed healthcare environment, provider relations or network management
- One to two years experience contracting with hospitals.
- Two to three years supervisory experience.
- Experience with DRG contracts

Must also be a self starter with a demonstrated history of:
- Knowledge of provider compensation and capitation issues.
- Familiarity with provider organizational arrangements; IPA, PHO, Group Practice, etc.
- Above average negotiation skills.
- Excellent communications and presentations skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to complete multiple projects and to meet deadlines.
