Experienced LTC Clinical Services Coordinators/DONs/Directors of Nursing Services ready for the next challenge in your career? Are you ready to help ensure the highest levels of clinical services are being provided to the residents in your Centers? We need your skills and management expertise! We are looking for Clinical Service Coordinators/DONs with strong managerial experience and seek upward corporate mobility.

We are a regional healthcare company expanding our territories into OH,MI,MO & PA. We seek an energetic and knowledgeable clinician to guide and mentor our nursing staff.





Responsibilities:

In this role you will report directly to the VP of Clinical Services and be responsible for all Clinical Services Coordinators in your assigned OH, MI, MO & PA territory.



In order to succeed in this role you will need to be successful as a Clinical Services Coordinator, managing multiple centers from the Regional level. You will need to be licensed in your state of practice and have a combination of education and experience for a minimum of a BSN and/or 8-10 years experience in Nurse Management for LTC.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

* Extensive LTC experience managing multiple facility's clinical team.

* BSN degree/ 8yrs+ DON/CSC role

*strong assessment/managerial skills

*travel to assorted centers throughout the various states.
