We invite you to apply to the following positions in one of our many Centers of Excellence:The Director, Center for Clinical Excellence, is responsible for assessing planning, implementing and evaluating services that promote clinical excellence, result in safe, efficient quality care/service and promote the professional development of clinical and ancillary staff. Ensures that learning and development services are provided in accordance with professional practice acts and standards, agency policies and procedures, and applicable local, state and federal regulations. Responsible for the development of clinical educators, clinical specialists, nurse practitioners, and other members of the interdisciplinary team in a healthcare model that promotes collaboration and communication resulting in positive patient outcomes and professional growth.Qualifications include: Masters prepared RN with Clinical Nurse Specialist experience, 3 -5 years leadership experience in nursing education, knowledge of adult learning theory and principles, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to think and lead in a strategic manner, results orientation and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong change leadership and ability to raise performance to national benchmark standards.
Current RN license/eligibility in Maryland.
