Promote achievement of positive clinical and organizational outcomes and provide leadership development to the department members. Must be able to intervene, when needed, to address issues and barriers as they occur.Job Requirements2 years experience with case management concepts and application. 2 years experience with UM concepts and application. Strong background in nursing with acute care experience in a hospital setting. Management experience preferred.Computer knowledge relating to basic Windows applications, Excel, Power Point, systems applications (SDK, Outlook) and internet understandingMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of organizational skills with an ability to prioritize activities is a must.Excellent interpersonal skills needed. An ability to build trust and deal with issues as they arise in a fair but firm manner.Ability to conduct meetings effectively.
