Director, Cancer Institute

We invite you to apply to the following positions in one of our many Centers of Excellence:The Director, Cancer Institute, directs, coordinates, and controls the Cancer Institute according to established guidelines and in compliance with all regulatory bodies to achieve balancing quality customer service with financial requirements in cost-effective manner. Demonstrates leadership effectiveness in managing IPR relationships. Participates in the development and implementation of the business plan for Cancer Institute that addresses best financial business practices and supports growth. Actively participates in the negotiating of contracts and relationships between and among business units, external customers, vendors, and providers of service within the Cancer Institute. Provides counsel, information, reports and analysis related to business unit as needed in support of management decision making process.Qualifications include: Masters prepared RN, prefer MBA or MHA. 2-4 years Director level experience in a cancer service line. Strong change leadership skills and ability to raise performance to national benchmark standards.
