We have an opportunity for a director to organize and implement our signature fundraising Walk & Gala events in Charlottesville, VA. This position oversees recruiting, managing, and mobilizing volunteer partners as well as securing corporate sponsors to ensure fundraising goals are achieved.

Prospective candidates will have a related college degree (or equivalent experience) coupled with at least 2 years of fundraising or outside sales experience. Candidates must also have proven success in collaboration, partnership building, negotiation, assertiveness, and strong organizational skills.
