Direct Support Staff (Caregivers)

Clarity Care is a nonprofit service provider dedicated to providing care to individuals with acute, chronic or long-term conditions, including those with special needs. As a leader in providing care, Clarity Care believes that all people regardless of age, health, or ability are valued members of the community.

We are currently searching for caregivers to work in our group homes within the Neenah area. No experience needed, as paid training is provided. Positions do require flexible hours which includes working weekends, nights, and holidays when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid WI driver’s license (where required), and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance (where required). Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
