Dietary Manager

Award winning Kissito Healthcare, an emerging leader in Long Term Care and Rehabilitative Services is seeking a Dietary Manager at our skilled nursing facility the Bland County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. We are located in the Green Hills of Bastian, Virginia near the West Viginia border. The surrounding area opens the door of nature to you; a different face each and every season! We are seeking that unique and creative culinary talent who also has a passion and knowledge about creating recipes for the elderly population with a certification that backs up that experience and knowledge. You have experience in menu planning, budgets, hiring the skilled and caring staff, and you understand the nutritional and dietary needs of the elderly population.

REQUIREMENTS
The Dietary Manager will be a Certified Dietary Manager with experience in planning and implementing menus for a dietetically challenged population. Ideally, you will have experience in the Long Term Care or Senior Population Dietary industry, and you will understand the rewards and challenges of creating menus and budgets that suit the needs of our residents and our Facility.
