Responsible for the overall management of the department daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal accountability, productivity and patient satisfaction goals/objectives as established by the leadership team.
Responsible for staff performance, provision of high quality patient care, and meeting safety standards in accordance with Hospital and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for directing staff education and competency.
SCOPE OF OPPORTUNITY
This Hospital has an outstanding opportunity for a DIRECTOR OF CRITICAL CARE SERVICES.As our new CRITICAL CARE DIRECTOR, you will be responsible for:Directing
Coordinating
Assessing
Planning
Implementing
evaluating the patient care provided on the CCU units.
Maintaining required staffing, supplies, equipment; overseeing overall operations of the unit.
Act as a liaison between hospital administration and the CCU staff.We offer an attractive compensation package.LOCATIONBeautiful JACKSON, MS Area.

BACHELOR'S Degree required.
MASTER'S Degree is preferred.
Must have 3 years of critical care experience and 1 years of demonstrated leadership.
Current BLS, ACLS
Mississippi RN license or application for required.
