DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT St. Vincent Health System Monday-Friday Primarily Days 24/7 Accountability This position is responsible, on a 24-hour basis, for the planning, development, organization, implementation, and ongoing operations of the hospital care management department. Provides leadership and direction to staff members. Ensures the coordination of services for a smooth continuum of care process throughout the organization. Develops and implements standards of operation, policies and procedures, work flows and desktops to ensure quality management, fiscal accountability and outcomes measures. Ensures the department is in full compliance with standards associated with NCQA Accreditation, guidelines of the Arkansas Medical Foundation, Arkansas Department of Health, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and JCAHO. RN licensed in the state of Arkansas required. B.S. Degree in Nursing Preferred. Minimum of five years demonstrated leadership and clinical nursing experience. Minimum of two years experience in case management, preferable in a managed care setting. Certification in clinical specialty or case management (CCM) preferred.
