DIRECTOR FOR CORPORATE COMPLIANCE

NYSARC, Inc., one of NYS's most prestigious not-for-profit organizations located in Albany, serving individuals with developmental disabilities, is seeking a Director for Corporate Compliance. This statewide organization has a presence in every county. This position requires the oversight, monitoring and implementation of NYSARC's Corporate Compliance Policy throughout the Organization. The position will report to the CEO for administrative functions but directly to the standing board committee on corporate compliance with respect to all functions contained in the job description.

Candidates should posses a working knowledge of federal and state regs., translating them into policies relating to compliance, ability to consult with internal and external resources and the ability to train agency boards and senior management. Ability to use electronic databases and word processing programs is necessary. Experience in quality improvement, health care regulation and compliance is preferred. Bachelor's degree is required--advanced degree preferred. Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to be part of a dynamic individual centered organization.
