Ownership by a Fortune 500 company and recent geographical expansion has created exciting opportunities within our organization. The Director, Network Development and Sr Provider Contracting Specialist will join a newly established team of PersonalCare and First Health contracting specialists and managers. These positions will be housed in the First Health office in Downers Grove and will require travel.

DIRECTOR, NETWORK
DEVELOPMENT:
We need an experienced
communicator with expertise in building positive, sustainable relationships, who has a strong commitment to win/win contracts. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years managed care contracting experience and at least 3 years in a lead Network Development position;. Job Req #18635.

Sr. PROVIDER CONTRACTING
SPECIALIST:
We need an experienced
negotiator with strong analytical skills. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years progressive experience in provider contracting with hospitals, large physician groups, independent medical practices and ancillary services.
