DAY RESIDENTIAL Provider (Henderson, Full Time, M-F, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.) Provide residential assistance for individuals with disabilities in a home setting. Qualifications - GED/High School Diploma. Must be 21 years of age. Director of Nursing (Full Time, River Valley Behavioral Health Hospital) 80 Bed Children's Psychiatric Hospital. Within the framework of the objective and policies established by the Regional Medical Director and Hospital Administrator, plans and coordinates nursing service with those of the medical and administrative systems. Participates as a member of the management team in planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making with particular reference to the role, functions, and operations of the nursing services. In summary, is responsible for client and patient care, management, resource management, and fiscal budget. Qualifications - 5 years nursing experience and 2 years nursing management experience preferred. BSN required, MSN preferred, must be licensed in KY. Impact Case Manager (Full Time, Union & Webster Counties) Acts as Case Manager for a group of children and their families receiving services through IMPACT and manages the team of staff who work with that case load. Responsible for related budgets and billings. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work plus 1 year relevant experience. Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships (Full Time, Cigar Factory Complex) Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director oversees the daily operations of Strategic Partnerships (residential, supported employment, community habilitation programs) including administrative tasks, general office functions, and staff supervision. Qualifications - Four year college degree in Human Services, Masters degree preferred. At least five years experience working in a management or administrative role with people with disabilities. Senior Director of Hospital Services Responsible for overall administrative management and the day-to-day operations of the hospital. Participates in developing hospital goals, objectives, and systems. Develops and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to meet goals and objectives. Recommends necessary changes in accordance with Hospital program goals and objectives. Ensures the compliance and regulation of the hospital for all regulating agencies. In summary, is responsible for client care, management, resource management, and fiscal budget. Qualifications - Master's degree in Social Work, Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Nursing with experience as a Director of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Behavioral Health related field. Two to Four years of Behavioral Health and supervisory experience preferred. Certification and/or licensure, as required by the Kentucky State Board of Social Work or Nursing. Adult Mental Health Case Manager (Full Time, Daviess/Henderson Counties) The Case Manager facilitates coordination, communication and collaboration on behalf of the client/guardian in order to achieve goals and maximize outcomes. The Case Manager will advocate for the client/families interest concerning services, funding sources, treatment/program alternatives, community resource activities and life choices. Promotes the protection of client/guardian rights and ensures due process in the event of violations/restriction of rights. Educates, promotes and encourages clients in area of Self-Advocacy whenever possible. Qualifications - BS/BA degree in Psychology, Social Work or Sociology.
