ResponsibilitiesProvides process and systems analysis and reporting support to Accounting department. Proposes information management solutions, as well as system development and maintenance activities with existing Accounting (Lawson GL/AC/AR/LM), Payroll (ADP PC Payroll), Time and Attendance (Kronos Workforce Timekeeper) and other financial systems. Conducts studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected departmental and organizational needs. Ensures the timely and accurate preparation of standing (yearly, monthly, weekly) reports from Accounting, Payroll, Time and Attendance and related systems. Assists in day to day Lawson General Ledger/Activity Management/Accounts Receivable/Lease Management and Business Intelligence system operations, maintenance and end user support. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Analytical Techniques or Computer Science, required. Minimum of 2-4 years experience with financial systems analysis, information management and/or report design and development or equivalent combination of education and experience. High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO, VB, other software). Experience with Lawson Financial Suite applications preferred. Ability to understand concepts governing relational database structures, use reporting/query tools such as Crystal Reports, and construct SQL statements. Well developed communication skills - oral, written, listening. Good analytical skills and close attention to detail.
