Courtland Healthcare Center, a 90-bed skilled nursing center is seeking a RN Unit Manager.

Job Description:
Responsible for sixty (60) bed nursing unit. Responsible for the knowledge and implementation of state/federal guidelines and MFA corporate policies.

Job Details:
RN Unit Manager needed to oversee clinical operations of 60-bed unit. Responsible for staff supervision of LPNs and CNAs, as well as interface with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed.

Very supportive work environment with stable nursing and administrative team. Reasonable pace of work. Great job to break into management. Typical hours M-F, day shift, some weekend and on-call duties.
