Clinical Training Manager - Irvine

PDS

PDS needs a strong manager with excellent professionalism and good engagement skills, who can appropriately engage dentists on a regular basis.

Must be organized and extremely detail oriented. Logistics are a significant part of the job. Candidate must enjoy a rapidly growing and changing environment. Candidate must be resourceful, and should not need structure. Candidates must be good at creating systems to manage field needs. 5-10 years of true management experience required.

COMMUNICATE THE MISSION AND VISION OF PDS TO DENTISTS AS OUTLINE BY THE EXECUTIVE TEAM.
1. Represent a continuous understanding of the relationship between productivity and profit, profit and education, and then education and increased productivity; and create reports showing the effectiveness of development programs.
2. Create programs that can be managed to serve PDS with accuracy, availability, partnership relationships, and good advice.

ASSIST VICE PRESIDENT OF PEOPLE & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN CREATING AND MANAGING SYSTEMS FOR WORLD CLASS CLINICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
3. Help develop curriculum, courses, and systems within PDU to reach all dentists company wide.
4. Help develop curriculum, and maintain eligibility for state certified education programs for Dentists.
Manage applications, and set policy to ensure state regulated functions are efficient and detailed, and regularly audited for accuracy.
5. Set clear expectations for Coaches. Help coaches understand the value in beginning meetings discussing opportunity in the company, the three training beliefs, and/or fundamental job duties.
6. Help ensure that affiliated dentists are engaged with PDU and are actively being developed.
7. Organize and distribute necessary supplies and materials for training workshops lead by partners; keeping partners focused on their office productivity first and help limit training duties while working in their offices. Make workshops easy for them to lead.
8. Help develop and maintain relationships with schools as needed.
9. Manage study clubs and create systems for study clubs to operate with minimal support needed. Utilize PDU, library, clinical assistant, intranet, etc as tools for low maintenance study clubs.
REQUIREMENTS
BAchelor's Degree.
