Clinical Remimbursement Coordinator

We're focused on becoming the recognized leader in clinical quality and customer satisfaction in every market we serve.Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents in order to assure appropriate reimbursement for services provided within the Center. Conducts concurrent MDS review to assure achievement of maximum allowable RUGs category. Oversees the overall process and tracking of MDS/PPS documentation and transmission. The Coordinator will ensure timely, accurate and complete assessment of the customer’s health and functional status during the entire assessment period. He/she will integrate nursing, dietary, social recreation, restorative, rehabilitation and physician services to ensure appropriate reimbursement.Job Requirements
Must have current State RN license, prior PPS experience, and knowledge of MDS, MMDS, care plan completion. BS in nursing and 2 years long term care nursing experience is preferred.
