We are currently hiring experienced Clinical Project Leaders. You will assume the functional responsibility and authority for team members assigned to the project and manage clinical trials from study implementation to study close.You will also work closely with clients and ensure study objectives are met.Responsibilities include:Study Implementation: Establish Project Team and Project Goals Participate in discussions with Sponsor to gain understanding of project specifications
Investigator Identification and Study Initiation: Initiate Investigator identification process and develop feasibility/placement plan Prepare, track and coordinate the collection of Investigator Agreements and regulatory documents Ensure that Project Specific Instructions (PSIs) are completed, appropriately revised and maintained in the Trial Master File Negotiate contracts with sub-contractors as neededOngoing Study Management: Direct day-to-day actions of the Project Team Maintain a high level of communication to ensure ongoing Sponsor satisfaction Monitor study progress versus contract, maintain awareness of project status from both a managerial and financial perspective Prepare progress reports for both Sponsor and MDS management Ensure appropriate study documentation and Site Visit Report processingStudy Close: Coordinate preparation of Project Summary Ensure that project documentation is compiled and archived appropriatelyQualifications: BS/BA degree or RN diploma Minimum five years of clinical project management, clinical monitoring, and clinical site management experience Ability to travel 25%To apply, please visit our online hiring center at www.mdsps.com.
