REQUIREMENTS
A doctoral degree in Pharmacy from ACPE Accredited School of Pharmacy and completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program; two years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience may substitute for the clinical pharmacy residency program. Eligibility for licensure as a Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Must maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
