Doctorate Degree Required
Under limited supervision, provides guidance to physicians, nurses, pharmacists, patients, and families for the appropriate utilization of drug therapy in specialty, including the application of pharmacokinetic and pharmacotherapeutic principles in drug therapy monitoring.

Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Residency and/or Fellowship in specialty. Registered Pharmacist in Maryland. Professional membership recommended: AphA, ASHP, MSHP, ASCP, etc. Standard pharmacy equipment; Medication packaging equipment; IV laminar flow hood; Basic computer skills. Minimum of two (2) years bedside experience.
