Doctorate Degree Required
Under general supervision, records medication orders, dispenses medications and specialty products, oversees support staff, and provides drug information to patients, physicians, nurses, and other team members.



Requirements
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. Registered Pharmacist in Maryland; Professional membership recommended: AphA, ASHP, MSHP, ASCP, etc.; Standard pharmacy equipment; Basic computer skills; Medication packaging equipment; IV laminar flow hood. Less than one year of experience.
