Responds to the needs of the patient in the home. Insures patient care is delivered in compliance with all standard procedures and practices.
BSN preferred. Graduate of an RN nursing program. Two years of home health experience with one year of supervisory experience. Strong organizational and priority setting skills. Able to manage multiple demands. Good communication and motivational skills with the ability to function and make decisions in crisis or emergency
