Clinical Nurse Manager - Operating Room

Full-time, 40 hours. Accountable for 24 hour operation of 5 rooms. Primary responsibility for supervising personnel and directing work flow. Occasional holiday and house wide supervision required.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS/BSN required. Graduate degree preferred. Current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse license and CPR certification required. A minimum of 5 years experience in progressive leadership roles within the OR area. Demonstrates effective working relationship with other hospital departments, physicians, staff and patients. Maintains AORN standards. High level communication skills with service excellence emphasis.
