Clinical Nurse Manager Summary: Supervises and administers nursing services. Works under the direction and/or supervision of the Medical Director and/or Assistant Medical Director in clinical management. Directs administrative and technical supervision of the nursing policies. Develops and interprets operating policies and procedures. Oversees work performances to insure recognized standard of care.

Qualifications:
1) Current RN license in the state of practice.
2) One year of experience in dialysis.
3) Training/teaching experience in the education of patient, family or staff.
4) Current CPR certification.
