Clinical Nurse Leader - The Clinical Nurse Leader practices as an autonomous and interdependent member of the health care team caring for adults with a variety of hematological and or oncological illnesses. The Clinical Nurse Leader provides direct care in the inpatient and outpatient setting while promoting collaboration between the multiple disciplines involved in patient care to ensure cost effective & quality medical management. Requires a master's prepared Nursing Professional/Nurse Practitioner. Must have a minimum three years Oncology experience. Requires a successful completion of graduate level program for nurse practitioner, professional certification as a nurse practitioner and CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred.
