Clinical Manager - Transplant Services

The Clinical Manager Transplant Services develops and administers clinical programs, policies, and procedures consistent with the Transplant Center’s mission and strategic plan. Oversees the daily operations of the solid organ transplant programs in order to provide excellent patient care. Ensures compliance with all governmental regulatory activities and monitoring of PI, Patient Satisfaction and Quality Metric targets.
REQUIREMENTS
BSN WITH 3-5 YEARS PROGRESSIVE EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPLANT, with solid knowledge of multidisciplinary care needs and regulatory requirements of transplant populations. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills required.
Master’s degree in Management, Hospital Administration or related field preferred.
