Clinical Liaison - RN or Resp. Therapist

Regency Hospital of Hattiesburg is an acute care hospital specializing in the treatment of medically complex patients experiencing multi-system disease. Due to the high acuity of our patients, the majority of them will require an extended length of stay in an acute care environment for an average of 25 days or more.

The Clinical Liaison:

Conducts on-site patient assessments and evaluations to determine patient's clinical needs and appropriateness for admission;

Provides education and resource information to the community, patient, families and physicians to maintain an excellent service level;

Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with referral sources, referring physicians, and discharge planners.
REQUIREMENTS
Ms RN and or Respiratory Therapist license required. Experience in Acute Care, Med/Surg, or Rehab setting. Excellent communication skills and ability to market services.
