As a Berkeley HeartLab Clinical Implementation Specialist you will temporarily reside in targeted physician practices to help introduce and implement a comprehensive cardiovascular disease management program. Primary responsibilities will include: 1) counseling patients with a proprietary, multi-disciplinary program of nutrition, exercise, medication adherence and stress reduction; 2) front end protocol implementation (practice logistics) and 3) ongoing physician/staff education. Masters Degree in nursing and lipid clinic practice preferred. Education and experience in Nutrition or Exercise Physiology will also be considered. Insight into and experience with Advanced Lipid Testing, preferably Berkeley HeartLab testing desired. Travel required.
