Clinical Director (RN) / Clinical Manager needed for Home Care!

Nursefinders, a national provider of patient care at home, and health care facility staffing, is currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Director for our homecare office Tulsa.

Our nurses enjoy operating in a highly autonomous environment with strong clinical support, guidance, and financial stability. Opportunities for advancement based on performance, and initiative to impact patient care outcomes.


Responsibilities include:
Supervision of caregivers, licensed and unlicensed.
Clinical assessment and management of patients receiving home care.
Care plan development/evaluation; clinical documentation and physician consultation
Interaction with referring agencies and community organizations

Qualifications:
Current RN license in OK
Minimum 1 year supervisory/administrative experience in home care or hospice setting
Knowledge of home health regulations
Strong clinical assessment and time management skills required.
Familiarity with patient information systems is a plus.
