Resources for Human Development (www.rhd.org) is a diverse and creative non-profit corporation that has been providing social services since 1970.

We are seeking a Clinical Director for a long-term residential drug and alcohol program (level 111.3)/IOP in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities included: Clinical supervision of staff, to provide training to staff, assess strengths and needs in clinical aspect of the program, provide mental health counseling to clients diagnosed with a mental health disorder as well as a chemical dependency.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a LCSW-C plus 3 years Drug and Alcohol experience, residential experience preferred. We also offer an excellent comprehensive benefits package.
