We now have over 750 dedicated employees and 100 providers to support our mission to provide quality health care that is both affordable and accessible.The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for:Clinical management and supervision of the daily operations of clinical departments assigned.Responsible to plan, direct, organize and evaluate the patient care services delivered by nurses, medical assistant staff and clerical associate staff.Ensures implementation of policies, standards, programs and services for Adult Medicine.
REQUIREMENTS
MA RN license, BLS required, BSN preferred or equivalent.Three to five years of relevant management experience preferably in an ambulatory community setting.Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.Bilingual a plus.We offer competitive salaries and a full array of benefits for you and your family which include medical and dental insurance, life and disability, educational assistance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
