Clinical Configuration Specialist (CCS)

You will lead the data gathering process, workflow design and delivery, application build and configuration. You will also be responsible for providing product training to the end user and day-to-day support to assigned customers
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of clinical expertise focused primarily on diagnostic imaging.* Strong background in digital diagnostic imaging workflow, such as RIS (Radiology Information Systems) or Computerized Radiology or PACS.* Ability and willingness to travel extensively 70% to 90%.* Uncompromised integrity.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Computer literacy* Microsoft office products experience* Strong presentation and organizational skills* Ability to develop interpersonal relationships* Ability to multi-task* Effective organizational, assessment and planning skills* Recognized team leadership skills* Ability to work independently and within a team environment* Willingness to learn and support additional products within IITSDesired: * 5+ years of Diagnostic Imaging experience, strong understanding of related departmental and enterprise image workflow and utilization.* Prior training experience* Prior project or team leadership experience* Knowledge of GEHC-IITS products* BS/BA degree
