We are seeking an RN who enjoys the business/operations side of the healthcare industry for this exciting new position. As a Clinical Account Manager in our St. Louis Park office, you would oversee benefit account management for a selection of clients nationwide, recommending appropriate health plans and meeting their varied needs. We offer a state-of-the art environment with a flexible schedule and plenty of room for growth.



Primary responsibilities include:


Managing benefit account management for national clients


Reviewing utilization, disease management and wellness survey data to recommend the best Consumer Directed Healthcare plan


Assessing customer needs


Job Requirements:

The chosen candidate must be an RN with a current, unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota with extensive clinical experience. A strong background in business relationships/operations/account management is essential. Prior management or leadership experience is highly preferred, and marketing or sales experience will be very helpful. Knowledge of managed care accounts is a plus. Computer proficiency is a must.
