The Client Support Liaison is responsible for providing training and client support by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products, troubleshooting and coordinating efforts for problem resolutions. Establish a rapport with the client and assist with any questions or concerns to ensure effective and long-term professional relationships. Organize and conduct client training programs-preparing training materials and presentations. Provide feedback to the company that will improve overall customer satisfaction and effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects. REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. BA/BS preferred. Skill(s): Strong communication, planning, follow-up, writing and organizational skills. Proven presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to work under deadline pressure and with little daily supervision. Capability to learn and train end-users on software applications. Ability to document and analyze broad issues and concerns for product enhancement and improvements.
Experience: Approximately 1-3 years of customer service and/or training experience. Knowledge of healthcare industry, preferably the pharmaceutical and managed care segments. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs; Word, Excel, Power Point and Access.
