Client Project Manager , Systems deployment

Client Implementation – Project Management / Consultant
Reporting to the VP Customer Operations, this person would be responsible for working with sales and clients to design and propose a radiology business and clinical work flow solution. After the sale responsibility would be to manage the implementation our enterprise wide Radiology Information Systems Software and business solutions at customer locations and providing post implementation support, by phone or on-site, for our existing customers.

Key responsibilities would include:

Pre-installation software
Site configuration
Site planning
Deployment
User training and support on the applications installed


This is Dallas based opportunity, but qualified candidates outside Dallas may be considered. No relocation paid

Candidates should have:

A working technical background in a health care user support environment including PC workstations, networking, and software installation
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Enjoy both hands on work and teaching

Experience:

In a health care IT environment is desired.
A working knowledge of HL7, IHE and DICOM is required.
Project management of enterprise software installations experience is required.

In many cases the individual will be working without direct supervision and should possess a drive for personal quality and be a self starter. Significant travel (35%) will be required during heavy installation time frames.
