Description:
This position will be responsible for direct participation with client during implementation process to obtain complete plan design information. Will also be responsible for the building and testing of benefit plans in adjudication system and for the maintenance of a portfolio of complex client benefit plans.Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Participation in client meetings to gain full understanding of benefit plan, account structure, and reporting requirements. Complete ownership of plan design component with responsibility for client follow-up. Implementation and on-going maintenance of Client Management Report set-up. Full understanding of the Quantum Leap adjudication system. Timely entry of new benefit plans and changes to existing benefit plans. Review of work completed by Associate Benefit Administrators. Creation and maintenance of plan matrixes for all assigned clients. Assist with special projects as assigned by Supervisor. Participate as a member of the department to encourage a positive contribution to overall success of the unit. Represent Caremark in a professional manner in all encounters with internal and external customers.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical claims payment, benefit plan set-up or in related health care setting. Proven experience of positive interaction with clients and consultants. Good problem solving and analytical skills essential. Knowledge of basic computer applications necessary.
