ABOUT LIFEMASTERS:
Our business is growing. Founded in 1994, LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, Inc. is the first healthcare company in the nation to provide disease management for chronically ill individuals by combining communications technology with ongoing nursing support.

POSITION SUMMARY: Manages the requirements of multiple client contracts for the Health Improvement Services (HIS) department. Analyzes contract requirements and works as a liaison between HIS and account management to clarify and communicate contract information and deliverables to appropriate staff as needed. Collaborates with HIS and account management to identify, report and monitor service delivery metrics and facilitate planning activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Analysis
•Analyzes the effects of causal factors that impact client deliverables. Identifies the effects of interrelationships between causal factors.
•Identifies areas that may be out of compliance for contracts and proactively works with functional department leadership to resolve issues in a timely manner.
•Analyzes new contract requirements to identify action items that must be performed to ensure adherence and works with functional departments to plan for the successful delivery of service.

Cross Team Collaboration and Communication
•Collaborates with HIS onsite leadership to achieve contract deliverables by identifying issues and document facts for decision making and planning.
•Partners within and outside of HIS to develop actionable plans and tracking tools to meet client deliverables.
•Works with Report Analysts to develop reports that reveal the root causes of problems and issues.
•Works with Information Technology to deliver technical solutions that are needed for contract adherence.
•Represents LifeMasters’ Operations team at contract meetings to answer operations related questions from clients.
•Performs as a liaison between the Account Management team and HIS management to ensure prompt and effective transfer of contract information to HIS staff.
•Performs as a liaison between Operations and the Business Process Improvement team to develop new processes and improve existing processes.
•Assists the Account Management team and HIS team to facilitate client interactions including contract implementation activities and coordinate site tours.
•Effectively communicates with Account Management, HIS teams and other functional teams as needed to facilitate the completion of actionable plans to deliver client deliverables.
•Develops communication plans and processes to ensure the Account Management team and HIS staff are fully informed about client implementation progress and contract requirements.
•Communicates training needs to the Education team and ensures delivery of accurate training and contract information bulletins.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Health Science or related field.

Two years experience successfully managing multiple projects

Good judgment to analyze and interpret data, develop conclusions, make recommendations, and resolve problems and issues

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Ability to organize people and processes and to create and execute effective plans on time and within budget
