Child Care Worker

JBFCS is one of the nation’s largest and most respected nonprofit mental health and social service agencies serving over 65,000 New Yorkers annually from all religious, ethnic, and economic backgrounds through a comprehensive range of programs.

Our work is built upon the professionalism of 2,200 employees, including professional social workers, licensed psychologists, and psychiatrists, as well as clinical support personnel. A corps of 2,000 dedicated volunteers work with our staff.

We are seeking Child Care Workers to work with older adolescent males in a residential group home in Manhattan which provides comprehensive mental health and social services. The worker will be responsible for the day-to-day care and teaching of independent life skills to the residents.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required. Valid NYS drivers license (within 6 months of employment) and experience working with youth preferred.
