Charge Nurse/Dialysis Center Description: The heart of Renal Advantage Inc. is each care center with the patients, staff, and physicians. Based in Nashville, TN, RAI operates over 70 outpatient dialysis centers in ten states. RAI care centers provide ESRD patients the option of hemodialysis in a center based environment or supportive training through their home therapy programs. RAI offers: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Disability and Life insurance 401K plan & matchJob Responsibilities: You will plan and coordinate nursing services of a RAI care center. You will provide leadership for the clinical staff in the day to day operation of the clinic. You will plan and direct the nursing care of the patients. You will supervise the clinical activities of all clinical staff. You will determine patient and staff schedules. You will monitor patient outcomes and work as a team member to improve these outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. RN license in state of practice; CNN preferredExperience: A minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of dialysis nursing care or 18 months of nursing care of dialysis patients.
