Chair, Department of Nursing

Huntington University invites nominations and applications of dynamic individuals for the position of Chair of the newly formed Department of Nursing. The successful candidate will provide inspirational and collegial leadership in carrying out the responsibilities of developing an accredited BSN program in a nationally recognized and
regionally respected University with a strong liberal arts
tradition.

The nursing labs and program will be housed in the
93,000 square foot Science Hall, the largest and newest facility on campus.

Candidates with a Doctorate in Nursing are preferred.
Candidates with a Doctorate in a related academic discipline possessing a Master’s degree in Nursing are encouraged to apply. State licensure eligibility required. All candidates must possess a strong personal Christian commitment within evangelical Protestantism and an
understanding of the relationship of faith and professional
practice.
