Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/private duty

The CNA provides care for the patient/client under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Case Manager. The CNA follows a care plan as developed by the case manager or supervisor. PRN weekend and weekday positions available all shifts.

Experience:
Previous experience as a CNA preferred
Six months experience as a CNA for work in hospice

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Completion of a NAI program approved by the Department of Facility Services and NAI listing with no substantial findings

Physical & Mental:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have no restrictions on bending, lifting, squatting, or standing for extended periods of time
Must be able to transfer 175 pound person
Good eye/hand coordination, finger dexterity, and intact or corrected visual acuity and hearing
Good interpersonal communication skills
Must have the ability to adjust to frequent changes.
Valid NC driver’s license
