Case Manager, Mental Health/Substance Abuse

Provide comprehensive case management services to long term mentally ill and/or substance abusing individuals.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with at least one year of experience working with the long term mentally ill is required. MH outpatient and case management experience with the long term mentally ill in a community mental health setting is preferred. Experienced in mental health/crisis intervention is preferred. Substance Abuse service experience is preferred. Excellent fringe benefits. Starting Salary:$29,154.. CSB AGENCY APPLICATION REQUIRED. DMV Driving record must be submitted with application.
