Program: Private Duty
Status: Per Diem
Description:
Assignments Currently Available in San Francisco, Daly City, Redwood City, San Mateo, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and San Jose areas.
Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA). Provide in-home personal care and support services to clients served by Pathways Private Duty under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists clients with activities of daily living; provide a clean, safe environment. 4 hour, 8 hour, 10 hour 12 hour shifts depending on your availability and client needs.

REQUIREMENTS
Recent caregiver experience providing assistance with personal care, assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping required. Six months care giving experience preferred. CNA or Certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
