We offer a full range of home respiratory therapy, home medical equipment, home infusion therapy, and pharmacy services to meet a client's needs. CareMax Medical Resources is dedicated to effective, efficient, and comprehensive homecare services in the communities we serve. We are currently seeking an Accounts Manager for Home Infusion Therapy in our Dallas, TX office.POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for selling to Doctors, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals. Has an integral role in the ongoing education of patients, hospital staff, physicians, and community members regarding the functions and benefits of Infusion Therapy.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:1. Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing/Provider Relations preferred.
2. Minimum of two years health care experience within the last four years.
3. Excellent knowledge of Home Infusion Therapies including state regulations governing same.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
6. Reliable transportation.
7. Valid state driver’s license and current automobile insurance.RESPONSIBLE TO: General ManagerPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develops sound working relationships with clients in both home health markets.
2. Educates hospital staff, physicians and other facilities regarding the benefits of utilizing Home Care Services.
3. Makes the initial contact with other health care providers regarding service agreements and financial arrangements to ensure appropriate services.
4. Promotes open communication between all departments to ensure proper implementation of new contracts.
5. Keeps General Manager informed of changes in the health care community and makes recommendations on ways to meet Company goals while maintaining compliance with state and Federal guidelines.
6. Adheres to all policies and procedures as well as corporate goals and objectives.
7. Establishes linkage with the community to maintain awareness of community needs.
8. Presents in-services to hospital staff, physician offices, and facility staff as requested.
9. Demonstrates professional behavior and serves as a role model to staff at all times.
