We seek a positive healthcare professional with excellent communication skills to take on a key role in our Clinical Programs division. This position offers plenty of advancement potential and an ideal M-F work schedule in a fun, fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities include:




Providing telephonic care management services for mental health and substance abuse patients




Conducting utilization reviews for treatments




Giving proper authorizations for inpatient, partial and residential care services




Ensuring care authorizations adhere to medical care guidelines and are consistent with patient needs

Working with patients, their family members, employers, physicians and internal personnel on a broad range of care management efforts

Job Requirements:

Only licensed Illinois RNs, LCSWs or LCPCs will be considered for this position, and hospital experience is required. Ideal candidates will have inpatient and case review experience, as well as a background working with county-funded or state-funded programs. Basic computer abilities and typing skills are essential.
