Consults with EAP affiliates to assure the affiliates are providing excellent EAP and clinical care.
Clinical review of cases with affiliates and authorizes additional counseling sessions for assessment or short-term problem resolutions sessions.
Performs periodic case reviews for quality assurance. Ensures EAP affiliate network is meeting EAPA and FOH standards.
Provides training and coaching in EAP practice to EAP affiliate network.
Provides follow up for clients who have received substance abuse treatment or been referred to specialized levels of care.
Reviews and responds to customer recovery and resolves problem cases.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: A masterâ??s degree in EAP or a related discipline, such as education, social work, clinical or counseling psychology required.
A minimum of five years experience in mental health, chemical dependency, or EAP service delivery.
CEAP, licensure and call center experience is preferred
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to work independently and identify issues as well as become constructively involved in problem solving.
Basic skills in the use of computerized applications are expected at minimum; demonstrated expertise in the use of various Windows programs, as well as familiarity with CMS are preferred.
Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to quickly adapt to their service needs.
Able and willing to align behaviors to meet the needs of working in 24 x 7 x 365 work setting.
